The intelligent window monitoring device for switchgear is a product based on the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and high-precision sensing technology, designed specifically for intelligent monitoring of switch cabinet. Its kernel adopts Linux embedded operating system, which helps users to warn of potential faults in advance, optimize operation and maintenance processes, and ensure safe and stable operation of power systems by collecting key parameters inside the switchgear (such as temperature, humidity, mechanical status, power and power quality) in real time.

· Multi-parameter fusion, intelligent online monitoring

The primary simulation circuit diagram shows the open or closed status of the withdrawable breaker, circuit breaker, grounding switch and other devices;

Real-time online monitoring and display of the upper and lower contact temperatures of the high-voltage switch, and the difference between the contact temperature and the temperature inside the cabinet;

Achieve fully motorized operation of the withdrawable breaker and grounding knife's opening/closing functions in both remote and local control modes.

Electric quantity and power quality measurement and analysis function;

Online detection of mechanical action performance of high voltage circuit breakers;

7” true color LCD touch screen with 800*480 resolution, icon-based display of each function menu, and matching audio prompts for all actions. Four-way USB camera configuration (resolution of 640 * 480), which can be freely switched between different video frames by operating the touch screen, significantly expanding the monitoring range.

Users can set the operating parameters of the relevant equipment according to their own needs.

· Energy saving and environmental protection

When a person approaches (less than 2m), the LCD screen backlight automatically turns on and keeps the backlight on; when the person leaves, the LCD screen backlight automatically turns off after a delay of about 2 minutes.

· Unlimited upgrades

As the operational requirements of the site change, the system program can be upgraded by means of a USB flash drive.
