2. Product overview

The CG2300 Series is specifically designed for intelligent switch cabinets, enabling remote/local control of rack-in/rack-out operations for the withdrawable circuit breaker chassis and opening/closing functions of the earthing switch, replacing traditional manual operation, and significantly improving the safety and operation efficiency of the power system.

3. Functions & features

· Intelligent control

Remote/local dual mode: support remote control and local button operation to meet the needs of different applications.

Precise positioning: After reaching the position, the travel time is automatically extended (adjustable from 50 to 150ms) to ensure that the mechanical mechanism is in place reliably.

Parameter customization: support key parameter settings such as motor protection current (0.1A~5A) and tripping time (5~600ms) to adapt to different motor and mechanism requirements.

· Multi-protection mechanism

Stall protection: Upon detecting abnormal motor current, the system automatically retracts to a safe position (rack-in to test position or rack-out to either connected position or remains at current position) with power de-energization and alarm activation.

Automatic tripping: Manual tripping and switching to mechanical operation can be performed in any state to ensure emergency response.

· Real-time status display

The digital tube displays the motor current in real time, and the fault status indicator light directly feedbacks the equipment operation status

· Communication interface

Equipped with RS485 interface and supporting ModBus protocol, it can be easily accessed to the power monitoring system.

4. Technical specifications

· Motor protection current: adjustable within the range of 0.1A~5A.

· Fault handling mode:

If a fault occurs during the rack-in process, the machine will unconditionally retract to the test position;

If a fault occurs during the rack-out process, it can choose to - a. retract to the connected position, b. stop at the current position (stop after half a turn)

· After reaching the position, it can continue to move for tens or hundreds of milliseconds (settable) to ensure reliable positioning; it can automatically trip in any situation (except power failure) to facilitate manual operation.

· Fault alarm output node: passive node; node capacity of 220VAC-3A.

· Earthing switch opening and closing output node: passive node; node capacity of 250VAC-5A (used when the earthing switch control function is available).

· External communication interface: RS485 communication, baud rate of 4800kbps (other baud rates must be specified separately)

· Working voltage: DC120V-DC220V (matching the rated voltage of the motor); power consumption: ≤ 5W

· Working environment temperature: -20℃～70℃; relative humidity: 5%～70%RH
