1. Product overview

CG6580 is a supporting product of our CG6500 series, which is used to quickly and safely determine the phase consistency between lines or equipment, and prevent short-circuit accidents caused by misoperation.

2. Functions & features

It has a compact and beautiful appearance, making it an ideal portable phase sequence indicator device for switch cabinet with voltage levels of 3-35kV.

3. Technical specifications

Phase verification function: conducts phase measurement by connecting to both terminals under live high-voltage conditions.

The LED indicator remains de-energized when phase coincidence is detected between both terminals;

The LED indicator will be ON when phase discrepancy is detected between both terminals.

The LED indicator emits low-intensity illumination when one phase remains energized while the other phase is de-energized.

Dielectric strength: >3000 V AC between enclosure and metallic connector

Insulating strength:   >20MΩ between enclosure and metallic connector

Overall dimensions: 100mm (L) x 30mm (W) x 20mm (H)

Cable length: Fixed at 5m (can be plugged in or extended)

It can only be used with CG6500 series Live Indicators produced by our company and cannot be inserted into other models of similar products.
