2. Product overview

The CG2161 is designed for temperature rise monitoring at contacts of various low-voltage circuit breakers and connection points of low-voltage busways. This system utilizes high-precision sensors and advanced microprocessor technology to deliver real-time, high-accuracy temperature monitoring of contacts in low-voltage circuit breakers. It provides preemptive alerts for overheating risks, effectively preventing equipment damage or safety incidents caused by thermal stress, thereby ensuring enhanced reliability and safety of power distribution systems.

High-precision sensing: temperature accuracy: ±1°C (-20°C ~ +100°C)

Intelligent control mode: Utilizing an ARM microprocessor and digital signal processing (DSP) technology, the system provides real-time monitoring of six contact temperature channels and one cabinet ambient temperature/humidity channel, automatically analyzing temperature trend variations.

Adjustable parameters: Users can set alarm thresholds according to their needs.

Remote management: RS485 MODBUS protocol
