The CG2052 product is a device that monitors the temperature of the intermediate joint of cables with voltage levels of 10kV-50kV in real time.

2. Functions and features

· Precision monitoring and intelligent control

Temperature measurement range: -40~125 ℃ Precision: ± 1.5% FS resolution 0.1 ℃

Measurement and control mode: The "wireless temperature measurement module" is enclosed in a copper ring using epoxy resin, and the copper ring is installed on the middle joint of the cable core to directly sense the cable temperature and measure it precisely. Using the high-voltage electric field inherent in the cable core as the power supply method, the measured temperature data is transmitted wirelessly to an external independent data acquisition device.

• Easy installation and flexible adaptation

Easy installation: It does not change the physical structure and electrical performance of the original joint body, does not generate eddy currents, does not require the addition of signal transmission devices in the cable shielding layer, and it’s truly fully isolated.

Strong adaptability: It’s adapted to cables with different sizes and apertures through customized copper rings.
