2. Product overview

The CG6830 series is a status monitoring and display terminal that integrates switchgear status display and operation. It achieves comprehensive visualization of switchgear operating conditions, effectively addressing issues such as dispersed functionalities and poor human-machine interaction in traditional control devices, thereby facilitating intelligent upgrades for power equipment.

·Integrated intelligent control

Panoramic status display: Utilizes an LCD screen to dynamically simulate core operational parameters including circuit breaker status (open/close), withdrawable breaker position, grounding switch position, and more. It features live power indication and interlocking functions, while also supporting control of cabinet interior lighting switches.

Voice anti-maloperation alert: Automatically announces real-time equipment status through voice broadcast during operation.   

Temperature and humidity linkage control: automatic start/stop of heaters/fans.

·Multi-parameter online monitoring

Electrical contact temperature monitoring: Optional wireless temperature monitoring module (supporting 6-12 measurement points with ±1℃ accuracy).   

Live power indication and voltage verification: Utilizes LED light bars to visually display three-phase energized status, with integrated interlocking output functionality.   

·Intelligent anti-maloperation & real-time alerts

Embedded intelligent algorithms to automatically identify abnormal statuses and trigger audible and visual alarms.

Support heater malfunction detection, promptly outputting fault signals upon abnormal heater operation.

4. Technical specifications

l Circuit breaker status display

Circuit breaker opening and closing, passive contact input

When the circuit breaker is closed, the closing contact closes ; red vertical simulated bar illuminates.

When the circuit breaker is open, the opening contact opens : green simulated bar activates.

l Circuit breaker position display

When the working position contact closes, the red vertical simulated bar illuminates, indicating the circuit breaker is engaged in the working position.

When the test position contact closes, the green simulated bar illuminates, indicating the circuit breaker is engaged in the test position.

If both service and test position contacts open, the red and green simulated bars flash simultaneously

l Grounding switch position display

When the dry contact input closes, the red vertical simulated bar illuminates, indicating the grounding switch is in closed position.

When the dry contact input opens, the green simulated bar illuminates, indicating the grounding switch is in open position.

l Spring energy storage display

When the dry contact input closes, the red spring symbol illuminates, indicating the circuit breaker is spring-charged.

When the dry contact input opens, the green spring symbol illuminates, indicating the circuit breaker is spring-discharged.

l High-voltage live display section

Conforms to GB 25081-2010.

The interlock can only be unlocked when the live power indicator is in the off-power state. Upon successful interlock disengagement, the green indicator illuminates.

l Heating and dehumidification control section

Heater power supply: AC220V

Control modes: supports 1-2 active heater circuits:

Manual control: long-press the ▲ key to activate/deactivate the lighting relay contact, with the cabinet lighting indicator on/off accordingly; (Passive)

Long-press the ▼ key to activate/deactivate the heater relay contact, accompanied by the heater indicator lighting up/turning off. (Active)         

Automatic control: Initiates heating when ambient temperature ≤ upper limit, and terminates heating when ambient temperature ≥ lower limit (default: 5 -13°C)

Activates heating when ambient humidity ≥ upper limit, and deactivates heating when ambient humidity ≤ lower limit (default: 75~65%RH)

l Intelligent anti-maloperation prompt function

1. When the circuit breaker is neither in the working position nor the test position, both the working and test position indicator lights flash simultaneously. If the circuit breaker remains in the closed state (indicated by the illuminated vertical red indicator bar) under this condition, the system will issue a "Please open the circuit breaker" voice prompt. This prompt will persist until the operator performs the opening operation. This mechanism is designed to prevent operators from forcibly advancing the withdrawable breaker to the working position while the circuit breaker is closed.

2. When the circuit breaker is neither in the working nor the test position (indicated by simultaneous flashing of the working and test position indicators) or is in the working position (indicated by an illuminated working position indicator), if the grounding switch is erroneously forced into the closed position (triggering the grounding closed indicator), the system will issue a "Please open the grounding switch" voice prompt.

3. When both of the aforementioned misoperations occur simultaneously, the circuit breaker open-position indicator and the grounding switch open-position indicator will flash simultaneously, accompanied by a "Please open the circuit breaker and grounding switch" voice prompt.

l Opening and closing function

The control device panel is equipped with closing and opening buttons (or transfer switches), energy storage buttons, and remote/local transfer switches.

l Communication function: RS485 interface; MODBUS communication protocol.
