2. Product overview

The CG2061 series circuit breaker contact and busbar temperature rise online monitor is an intelligent monitoring device based on advanced sensing technology and IoT (Internet of Things) platform. It is designed to provide real-time monitoring and warning services for the temperature status of key components in the power system, meet the requirements of condition based maintenance, effectively prevent equipment failures caused by high temperature rise, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.

· Precision monitoring to prevent problems

Multi-point real-time temperature measurement: Using high-precision sensors (±1℃), temperature measurement can be carried out at critical junctions such as 6/9/12/18-point according to customer needs, achieving functions such as over-temperature alarm, high temperature ventilation, heating at low temperature or high humidity, etc.

Wireless transmission: It uses radio frequency communication technology to break through the shielding of metal inside the electrical cabinet and achieve high and low voltage isolation. Wireless signals use open frequency bands, and low-power transmission complies with national radio management regulations, without causing interference to other devices.

· Intelligent warning, quick response

Threshold alarm: User-defined temperature threshold to trigger multi-level alarms from sound and light platform in case of overheating.

Trend analysis: It predicts temperature rise trends and provide 24-hour advance warning of potential faults based on AI algorithms.

· Remote management, efficient operation and maintenance

The data collector performs data processing and communication management on site, uploads data to the monitoring center through RS485 bus, and does not require manual on-site meter reading and recording.

Strong compatibility: It supports protocols such as Modbus and IEC61850.
