2. Product overview

CG2070 Series is a high-precision wireless cable joint temperature monitoring system that overcomes the industry challenge of measuring internal temperature rise at insulated cable termination point where traditional external measurement fails. Through real-time online and accurate monitoring of the temperature abnormality of the cable joint, major accidents such as fire and short circuit caused by overheating can be prevented. Using the integrated method of "perception-analysis-warning", it helps users realize the intelligent operation and maintenance and active safety protection of power equipment.

·Precise monitoring and intelligent control

High-precision sensing: temperature accuracy: ±1°C (-10°C ~ +120°C), accurately monitoring the temperature rise of the cable joint inside the insulator.

Intelligent control mode: It can form an expert system for online monitoring, automatically distinguish between ambient temperature rise and abnormal hot spots, and the false alarm rate is less than 3%. It supports multi-node temperature trend analysis, predicts potential failures 12-24 hours in advance, and reduces 90% of the risk of sudden failures.

Adjustable parameters: Users can set alarm outputs according to their needs.

Dielectric strength: 1 min for (terminal to housing) when > 2000V

Anti-interference design: waterproof and dustproof, resistant to high-voltage electromagnetic environment, suitable for complex working conditions

Alarm mechanism: threshold alarm (user-defined); temperature rise rate alarm (automatically triggered when the rate exceeds 2℃/min ); predictive expert system alarm (predicts the temperature 3 hours later based on historical data)
