1. Key models
WF900~WF907 etc.
2. Product overview
The WF900 series is an intelligent five prevention interlock device that operates without an external power supply. It adopts the mechanical logic and intelligent recognition technology to realize the core functions of “preventing erroneous opening/closing of breakers, preventing unauthorized access to live compartments, preventing improper operation of grounding wires, preventing incorrect switching operations and preventing misoperation of load switches”, which fully complies with GB/T 25081-2010 High-voltage presence indicating system.
3. Functions & features
· High-voltage switchgear live retrofitting five-prevention interlock device
When integrated with a switchgear high-voltage live indication and interlocking system (or equipped with built-in live voltage detection), it enforces five-prevention interlocking on mechanical access ports or sliding actuators of load switches, earthing switches, and other components, eliminating human operational errors.
·Passive design, maintenance-free
No auxiliary power supply required—directly powered by live-key voltage detection for unlocking. High-voltage live interlocking and voltage-test unlocking are completed in one step, ensuring simple, reliable operation. This eliminates the drawbacks of electromagnetic locks (which rely on external power) and prevents lock failures caused by power supply issues.
·Flexible adaptation
Modular design, compatible with mainstream switchgear and other equipment—plug-and-play installation without modifying existing structures.
· Energy saving and long life
Passive design reduces energy consumption by 30%, with device operation cycles exceeding 100,000 times.
4. Technical specifications
1. Unlocking method: pluggable special anti-misoperation charged unlocking key.
2. Action elements: low power bistable electromagnetic lock and movable lock plate.
3. The electromagnetic lock has a service life of more than 100,000 times. 。
4. The service life of the battery in the unlocking key is more than 2000 times (or 5 years).
5. Dedicated live voltage indicator module: complies with GB/T 25081-2010 High-voltage presence indicating system.
6. Installation method: fixing to the cabinet door with screw or optional alternative installation methods.
7. Ability to withstand harsh environment: consistent with the environmental resistance requirements of the outdoor ring network cabinet.
