The CG240 series is an intelligent digital cooling fan control system specifically designed for switchgear cabinets requiring forced air cooling. The digital control technology replaces the conventional indirect temperature-based control method, effectively resolving issues such as large deviations in activation thresholds caused by indirect temperature measurement, excessive frequent cycling of fans, delayed response. The product adopts real-time sampling of the primary side current on the high-voltage side, and starts and stops the fan according to the current size. It has the advantages of on-site setting of the starting current and continuous monitoring of the fan working status, thereby ensuring the reliable and normal operation of the switchgear.
