
1. Product overview
The CG2832 series is an intelligent monitoring device designed for American-style box-type transformers used in the special working environments of wind farms and photovoltaic power plants. It integrates the monitoring of various electrical parameters such as current, voltage, frequency, power factor, power, and energy meters. It meets the "minimally attended" operational management requirements of box-type transformer projects, enabling comprehensive monitoring of low-voltage side information, non-electrical protection, and remote control functions, and it supports the intelligent management, operation and maintenance of power systems.

·Multi-parameter fusion monitoring
Two independent channels for monitoring electrical parameters such as current, voltage, frequency, power factor, power, and energy.
It can acquire 19 channels of passive dry contact inputs, including standard switching signals such as load switch position, grounding knife switch position, low-voltage side switch position, etc.
• High reliability and scalability
Wide temperature operation: -40℃ to +85℃, electromagnetic interference resistance level IV, insulation resistance of 100MΩ/500V.
Provide 5 channels of relay dry contact output, optionally with 1 channel of 4–20mA DC analog input and 3 channels of PT100 temperature acquisition.
· Intelligent diagnosis and early warning
It can realize heavy gas tripping, light gas actuation alarm, SF6 abnormal pressure alarm, transformer high temperature alarm, transformer ultra-high temperature tripping, transformer low oil level warning, etc.
· Remote centralized control and compatibility
Meet the self-healing ring fiber optic Ethernet communication requirements for box-type substations.
The communication protocol adopts standard MODBUS protocols, DNP3.0 or IEC 60870-5-101.
It can be easily integrated with the box-type substation's comprehensive automation system.

Storage environment temperature: -45℃~+85℃, relative humidity not more than 85%. It should be stored in a rainproof and snowproof room. The surrounding air should not contain acidic, alkaline or other corrosive and explosive gases.
Relative humidity: The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +75℃; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, up to 90% at 20℃. Special measures shall be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.
